RNAPaceDB is a comprehensive database that integrates single-cell RNA velocity data, Our database integrates data from 144 independent datasets, encompassing 6 distinct RNA velocity models, 81 GSE series, and 41 disease conditions. Through comprehensive analysis of 2,139,640 single cells and 111,863 gene-specific RNA velocity profiles, we identified important genes and generated 4,380 velocity stream plots to systematically characterize RNA velocity patterns across diverse biological contexts. This resource enables in-depth exploration of dynamic RNA velocity patterns for over 18,667 genes (including protein-coding genes, lncRNAs, pseudogenes, and other genomic elements) and their functional associations with biological contexts (including Gene Ontology terms, signaling pathways, cancer hallmarks, and cellular states).
